Registration Information

Registration is required for each individual over 10 who attends the event and a wristband will be required to enter. Children under 10 are free and don't require registration. Please note that an event T-Shirt is not included in the basic registration. Virtual registration is available, and more details are provided below.

    T-shirt, bracelets and teddy bears must be picked up on Oct. 4th or 5th at the event site. No shipping option available.

    Team Booth Space

    Have a large team and want a space to gather together during the memorial portion of the event? We can provide you with a 10 x 10 space in the Walk to Remember memorial area. Space is limited. Max of 5 spaces available. You will be provided with a tent, table and two chairs.

    The deadline to register for a team booth is September 20, 2024.

    Order a customized sign to go out on the Walk to Remember Route. The sign will have either a pink or blue background and will read:

Terms & Agreements

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Forever Footprints Walk to Remember, I agree as follows for myself, for my child(ren), or other registrants who participate and/or attend with me: 1) I hereby waive and release, for myself, my child, my heirs, executors and administrators, any and all rights, claims, liabilities and causes of action whatsoever I or my child may have against Forever Footprint, its affiliates and the Event operators and sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Event Parties”) relating to or arising from my and/or my child’s participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury. 2) I hereby give my consent to Forever Footprints to use my and my child’s name and photographs, video and film of me and/or my child or registrants taken before, during or after the event in advertising and promotional materials, including but not limited to the Internet, without compensation. I agree that no advertising or other material need be submitted to me for approval. I have read and understand this Release, and declare all information is truthful and accurate.
Rain or shine, or any other circumstances and/or natural acts.
There are absolutely NO refunds under any circumstances.
Forever Footprints will abide by state guidelines concerning large gatherings for the health and safety of our community. Should the Walk to Remember be forced to cancel: - In-person registration will be converted to virtual registration - (If purchased) We will contact Team Booths to determine next steps
